When booking any PMU services a deposit/booking fee is required to be paid via BACS, the details for payment will be provided upon booking. The deposit amount usually varies from £30 - £100 depending on the service booked and is non refundable. ​​

If you need to reschedule your appointment you will be required to give at least 72 hours notice, the deposit may be transferred for one appointment only. ​ If less than 72 hours notice is given you will forfeit your deposit/booking fee and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

​ Under the circumstances that no deposit has been paid, late cancellation (less than 72 hours notice) will be charged at 50% of the appointment value. ​ If you fail to attend your appointment without notice 100% of the appointment value will be charged. ​

Any cancellations of part appointments will be treated the same way as regular cancellations. I ask that you give 48 hours notice to cancel any part of your appointment to avoid a 50% charge for that part, or full charge of the part not required if notified during your appointment on the day. The time allotted for all services during your booking is solely allocated to your appointment. I recommend checking your confirmation and reminder emails to ensure that you're still happy with your original booking before this time. ​

Second appointments & extra touch ups are only valid within a 12 week period after your last session, any touch ups after this period will be charged as an 'up to 12 months' maintenance appointment. ​

Although extremely rare, Angela reserves the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons; undisclosed medical or skin conditions, you attend your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you demonstrate behaviours that may compromise or disrupt your treatment or risk Angela's ability to work safely towards your desired results. In such cases your deposit will not be returned. ​

As per the information provided during your consultation and on consultation forms, the healed results may vary and can never be guaranteed. ​ Results may be affected by many types of external factors which are beyond your artists control. ​ The procedure, your requirements and possible results will be discussed at the consultation & beginning of your appointment, You will be required to sign your consultation form to prove you have read and understand all of the information and risks associated with the treatment. For this reason no refunds will be given post treatment, even if you decide that you do not wish to return for your second appointment. ​ If you do decide not to return for your second appointment the treatment is classed as incomplete and best results may not be achieved. ​

You are not able to undergo any PMU treatment whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. ​ It is recommended that pregnancy is avoided throughout the duration of your treatments until you achieve your desired results. If you were to conceive in-between having your initial appointment and your second appointment, you will not be able to have your appointment in the time required and may have to start afresh when the time comes. ​

Please arrive at your appointment time, if you arrive early please wait in the car or explore the local area until your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be charged as late cancellation. ​

Children are not permitted at any appointments. ​ ​

Wear light colour/white clothing - shirts mostly, at your own risk. Tattoo pigments/inks, as well as brow tints/stains WILL stain clothing.
